Who we are
Aurora operates this website and the private casting service described on it. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Aurora is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
Contact: hotpixelstudio@yahoo.com. Instagram: @sinfulaurora.
Scope and age
This policy applies to visitors to this website, people who contact Aurora, people who apply to collaborate, and people who work with Aurora on adult content projects. It does not apply to third-party websites or platforms, which have their own policies.
This website and service are for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not send us your information. If we learn that we have received information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.
What we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, plus limited technical information needed to operate the website.
- Contact details. Name or alias, email address, country, and optionally Instagram, Telegram, or another contact method.
- Application information. Age or age confirmation, categories you are curious about, limits, availability, face-preference, and anything you write in a message.
- Correspondence. Emails, messages, and notes from our conversations.
- Verification information. Before paid adult work, we may ask for government-issued ID and a live check to confirm your age and identity. We ask for this only after an initial conversation and explain the process before you send anything.
- Project information. Briefs, content files, delivery records, usage terms, payment records, and tax or accounting records.
- Payment information. The payment method, amount, date, and transaction reference. We do not need your bank login or card password, and you should never send them.
- Technical information. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and request time may be processed by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
- Form submissions. Application and review fields are processed by Netlify Forms so we can read and answer them. Do not send ID, explicit media, or payment details through the form.
- Aggregate analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to understand which pages are visited and which buttons are used. It is designed to be cookie-less and does not build individual visitor profiles.
We do not ask for explicit media, ID documents, or payment details in a first email. If someone claiming to be Aurora asks for those before a conversation and a clear explanation, treat it as suspicious.
How we use it
- To reply to your questions and manage your application.
- To assess whether a project or collaboration is a fit.
- To verify age and identity before paid adult work.
- To agree briefs, deliver content, and process payment.
- To keep business, tax, and compliance records.
- To prevent fraud, harassment, and misuse of the service.
- To improve the website and the application process.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent. We do not publish your review, name, or story without your permission.
Lawful bases
Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Consent. When you ask us to contact you, apply, or publish a review with your permission.
- Contract or steps before a contract. When we assess an application or work with you on a project.
- Legal obligation. When we keep records for tax, accounting, age verification, or other legal requirements.
- Legitimate interests. When we protect the website, prevent fraud, or improve the service, provided your rights are not overridden.
You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened, or processing based on another lawful basis.
Who we share with
We share information only when it is necessary for the service or required by law.
- Service providers. Email, hosting, form processing, file-transfer, payment, accounting, and analytics providers that help us operate. They are expected to protect the information and use it only for the service they provide. Our current providers include Netlify for hosting and form submissions, and Plausible Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics.
- Clients. A client receives the content and the information needed to complete the brief. We do not give a client your legal name, private contact details, or ID unless you agree or it is necessary for the project.
- Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants, or insurers, where needed.
- Authorities. When we are legally required to disclose information, or when disclosure is necessary to protect someone from serious harm.
- Business transfer. If the service is transferred or reorganised, information may be transferred as part of that process, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. You can ask us for more information about the safeguards that apply to your data.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
- Applications that do not proceed. Usually up to 12 months, so we can answer a follow-up question. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
- Collaborator and project records. Usually up to 6 years after the end of the tax year, to meet accounting and legal obligations.
- Age verification records. Only as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance, then deleted or anonymised.
- Content files. As set out in the project agreement, or until you ask us to delete them where we are not required to keep them.
- Correspondence. As long as needed to manage the relationship, then deleted or archived according to legal requirements.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it. Some records may remain in backups for a limited period before they are overwritten.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete information, subject to legal obligations.
- Ask us to restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive a portable copy of information you provided.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, email hotpixelstudio@yahoo.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You will not be charged for a reasonable request.
Sensitive information
Adult content, sexual preferences, and identity documents are sensitive. We ask you not to send explicit media, ID documents, bank details, or passwords in a first email. If we move forward, we will explain a private upload or verification method and the retention period before you send anything sensitive.
Do not send information about anyone else without their consent. Do not send content involving minors. If you do, we will delete it and may report it.
Cookies and storage
This website does not use advertising cookies. The age gateway stores a single preference in your browser's local storage so you do not have to confirm your age on every page. You can clear it through your browser settings.
We use Plausible Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics. Plausible is designed to work without cookies and without collecting personal data about individual visitors. It helps us understand which pages and categories are useful, not who you are.
If we add embedded media, advertising, or other tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent before using non-essential cookies.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, private transfer methods, and limited retention. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never happen.
If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at hotpixelstudio@yahoo.com. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service, the law, or our practices change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to let affected people know.
Contact
Questions, requests, or concerns about privacy can be sent to hotpixelstudio@yahoo.com. Please include enough detail for us to understand your request, but do not send ID or explicit material unless we have asked for it through the proper process.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact your local data protection authority.
